The Mongoose BikeBoard™ Group (TMBBG) Original BikeBoardä frames that have been purchased from an authorized TMBBG dealer are warranted by TMBBG to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for as long as the Original Mongoose BikeBoard™ is owned by the original owner.

All original parts purchased from an authorized TMBBG dealer, except tires, tubes, cables, skate wheels and skate bearings, are warranted by TMBBG to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

During each part of the respective warranty periods, all original parts and Original Mongoose BikeBoard™ frames subject to this limited warranty and determined by TMBBG to be defective in materials or workmanship, will be repaired or replaced by TMBBG, through an authorized TMBBG Original Mongoose BikeBoard™ dealer, free of charge, except for shipping or other transportation charges and dealer labor charges (if applicable). These charges are not covered by this limited warranty.

This limited warranty applies only to TMBBG Mongoose BikeBoards™, which were fully assembled by an authorized TMBBG dealer at the time of purchase and were not altered in any way inconsistent with the Original BikeBoard’s design. TMBBG Mongoose BikeBoards™ should be inspected by an authorized TMBBG dealer every six (6) months. In order to obtain limited warranty service, the Original BikeBoard, together with the bill of sale, or other dated proof-of-purchase document identifying the Original BikeBoard frame number, must be presented to an authorized TMBBG dealer. NOTICE: The user assumes the risk of any personal injuries, damage to, or failure of, the Original BikeBoard and any other losses if TMBBG Mongoose BikeBoards™ are: used in any competitive event (including Original BikeBoard racing, or Original BikeBoard freestyling, or similar activities or training for such activities), altered in any way inconsistent with the Original BikeBoard’s originally designed purpose, used for stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatic or similar activities, operated with multiple riders, used to tow another person or vehicle, used with any motors or power-driven apparatus. Any of the foregoing will invalidate this limited warranty and TMBBG shall not be liable for any failure, loss, damage or injury resulting from such use or alterations.

TMBBG shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. This limited warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damage to, or failure of the Original BikeBoard or any other losses due to accident, misuse or alteration, neglect, abuse, normal wear and tear, improper assembly, improper fit, improper maintenance or use of unauthorized replacement parts or parts not designed for the Original Mongoose BikeBoard™.

This limited warranty is the only warranty applicable to TMBBG Original Mongoose BikeBoard™s, and is expressly in lieu of any other warranty. Any implied warranty, including any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of this express warranty. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. This limited warranty applies only to the United States.
