Frame Building

The Frame is the heart and soul of the Mongoose BikeBoardâ„¢.  Although there are many different frame designs that are incorporated into the Mongoose BikeBoardâ„¢ patents, including a single bar, we have selected the Teardrop frame to be introduced to the market first.  From our CAD/CAM design our factory set up the 100 welding and truing stations to high tolerances, allowing the strongest and truest frame possible. Once the frame is welded to The Mongoose BikeBoardâ„¢ Group specifications, it is prepared for multi-layer coatings. Whether triple layer painted or powder coated, the frames are sent to the automated coating and baking lines.  Prior to coating, every weld on every frame is inspected to meet the highest quality and testing standards.
